FullView 360 End User License Agreement

Operator and effective date

Daniel Santamaria, owner of FullView 360, an individual located in Florida, United States (“Operator”), personally owns the platform. It is not a separate LLC. Notice address: FullView 360; Attn: Daniel Santamaria; 14859 Lyons Road, #122B; Delray Beach, FL 33446, United States. Effective date: October 15, 2026.

Internal permission and responsibilities

The product is a private/internal operations and reconciliation application, currently implemented as TDPB. There are no external customers or users and no fees. Only expressly authorized internal use is permitted. No public signup or license to access the private application is offered by this website. Software and business data remain owned by their respective owners. Use only records/accounts you are authorized to access; protect credentials and do not bypass security or use the application unlawfully. External/commercial use requires legal documents to be reviewed and revised first.

Integrations and reliance

QuickBooks Online and ServiceMinder are independent services with their own terms. QBO production is currently disabled. Ordinary QBO reconciliation reads supported records and does not initiate payments or write accounting transactions; OAuth connection management is separate. Imported records may be incomplete or stale. Review source records and synchronization status. The application is not professional accounting, tax or legal advice.

Render hosts the primary internal application and managed database; Windows remains rollback only. The public product/legal website is separate from authenticated access and narrow integration callbacks. Controlled backups and portable encrypted key recovery support restoration. Restored integrations stay blocked until recovery review; new authorization or explicit integration review may be required. Retention and recovery limitations are described in the Privacy Policy.

Suspension and termination

Operator may suspend or end access when internal authorization ends, for security or unlawful-use concerns, or when the service is discontinued. Notice will be provided when reasonably practicable; urgent security suspension may occur without advance notice. Users may stop use at any time. Termination does not transfer ownership or automatically delete records/backups. Requests for retained data are handled under the Privacy Policy and applicable law. No refund provision applies because no fees are charged.

Warranty

To the extent permitted by law, the internal application is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, completeness, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded. No uptime commitment is made.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Operator excludes liability for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from internal use, including lost profits or business interruption. This does not exclude fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. No fee-based or fixed monetary cap applies for this no-fee internal stage.

Indemnification

No separate user indemnification obligation is imposed during the current private/internal stage. This does not excuse unlawful conduct or remove liabilities imposed by law.

Law, changes and contact

Florida law governs, subject to mandatory applicable law. No arbitration requirement, class-action waiver or exclusive venue is selected. Material changes should be communicated to affected users before taking effect where practicable. Support: support@fullview360.com. Privacy: privacy@fullview360.com. The address above is a mailing/notice address, not a statement of ownership by its premises operator.
